Delete your Vylo account

Delete your account in the app

Open Vylo, then go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything associated with it: your profile, posts, comments, questions and answers, photos, confirmations, follows, push registrations, and your verified email address if you added one. Community counts are recomputed as if your contributions had not happened. Aggregated, de-identified statistics (for example, daily totals that no longer reference any account) may be retained.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing tied to your account is kept after deletion. Anonymous crash reports and usage events reference a random identifier — not your email or name — and are automatically purged on a rolling schedule within 90 days.

Delete individual content without deleting your account

You can delete any post or comment you published from inside the app — open the item and choose Delete. Removal is immediate.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email dreambigappz@gmail.comfrom the address you verified in Vylo (or include your username) with the subject "Delete my Vylo account", and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
