Using Vylo

Vylo shows community-reported local updates. By using it you agree to post truthful, non-harmful updates about things actually happening around you, and to use the verify/report tools honestly. You must be at least 13 (or the higher minimum age your country requires).

Your content

You own what you post. You give Vylo a license to display it to people in your area and in link previews so the service can function. Posts are short-lived: they expire within hours and are permanently deleted from our servers shortly after.

Objectionable content — zero tolerance

There is no place on Vylo for harassment, hate, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing, or deliberately false alarms. Content is screened by automated filters at the moment it's posted, community reports hide flagged content from everyone pending review, and you can block any user so you never see their content again. Abusive accounts are removed. To report a problem outside the app, email dreambigappz@gmail.com.

Not an emergency service

Community updates are provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy. Vylo is an awareness tool, not an emergency or official information service — in an emergency, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You can delete your account and all associated content at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be communicated in-app.
